What You’ll Do
- Assist in gynecologic surgeries, including oncology cases, with robotic (Da Vinci) systems
- Perform pelvic exams, pre/post-operative assessments, and inpatient/outpatient GYN procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care and safety
- Provide first assist support for gynecological and gynecologic oncology surgeries
- Follow protocols for gynecologic procedures and contribute to a positive patient experience
- Support hospital and clinic operations during assigned shifts
What You Need
Required:- Active WA or IMLC license, DEA certification
- BC in specialty in gynecology or related field
- Proven experience in gynecologic surgery, first assisting, robotic procedures
- Capable of performing pelvic exams and supporting oncologic surgeries
Preferred:- RN First Assisting Certification (RNFA)
- Prior experience with Da Vinci Surgical System or equivalent
- Strong understanding of GYN oncology and pelvic procedures
About the Assignment
This assignment involves providing surgical first assisting at a reputable hospital in Everett, WA, transitioning to Swedish First Hill in Seattle. The provider will support gynecology and gynecologic oncology surgeries, with standard protocols and a focus on patient safety and care quality. Flexibility and experience in robotic surgery are essential to succeed in this role.
