What Youll Do
- Provide inpatient and outpatient gynecologic care, including surgeries and procedures
- Assist in surgeries, especially gynecologic oncology, using robotic systems such as DaVinci
- Conduct pelvic exams and other gynecological procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient management and follow-up care
- Manage pre/post-operative patient care and coordinate with surgical teams
- Follow hospital protocols for first assisting and surgical procedures
- Contribute to patient education and comprehensive women's health services
What You Need
Required:- Active WA or IMLC license, DEA registration
- BC in your specialty (NP/PA)
- Gynecologic surgery first assisting experience
- Experience with robotic surgeries (DaVinci) and pelvic exams
Preferred:- RN First Assisting Certification (RNFA)
- Experience in gynecologic oncology and standard GYN procedures
About the Assignment
This position involves providing specialized gynecologic surgical assistance and outpatient gynecology care at a leading healthcare facility. The provider will work primarily at Everett, WA, with a transition to Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA, for the remainder of the assignment. The role demands experience with gynecologic surgeries, robotic procedures, and pelvic exams. The schedule includes three operating days and one clinic/admin day weekly, supporting a well-balanced work environment focused on women's health.
