Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants low patient volume, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful primary care to seniors.
You’ll step into a 100% outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care for older adults, including patients managing multiple chronic conditions. You’ll have a dedicated care team supporting you so you can focus on quality, continuity, and better patient outcomes.

• Approximately 10–12 patients per day
• Maximum patient panel of 650
• Shared call distributed across market providers
• Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist

What makes you a great fit
• You are a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner
• You have 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
• You enjoy caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions
• You’re comfortable with suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
• You hold an active, unrestricted license and current DEA registration
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $130,000
• Bonus potential up to 10%, or $13,000
