Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• No weekend coverage or on-call responsibilities

• Average annual salary: $150,000 to $200,000 based on the RVU

• Conduct initial history and physical exams on intake
• Review patient health histories and medication lists
• Document allergies, vital signs, and urine drug screening results
• Complete diagnoses and assessments
• Provide social work, counseling, and other necessary client support
• Manage scheduling and enter billing codes
• Perform additional responsibilities as they arise

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
• Current state license
• Minimum of a master's degree
