Position: Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA - Inpatient Gastroenterology
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week - Day Shift. No Nights, Holiday's or On-call
Experience:
2 years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistance experience in Inpatient GI or Acute Care Setting highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Critical Care or Acute Care preferred.
New Grads MAY be considered with relevant previous experience in Acute / Critical Care areas and relevant GI and inpatient clinical rotations
Education:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
MSN Required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Require ACLS certification.
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
