Pay Range: $150,000-$200,000 Per Year

Description:
• A specialized vascular care group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a mobile care model serving patients in long-term care facilities.
• This full-time role involves on-site patient consultations and vascular evaluations, focusing on minimally invasive procedures for Superficial Venous Insufficiency (SVI).
• The position is based in Philadelphia, PA, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active NP or PA license (state-specific)
• BLS certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Current Infection Control Certification
• Up-to-date health documentation (PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella)
• Reliable transportation for mobile role

Qualifications:
• Experience with vascular or vein procedures
• Experience performing venous ablation/sclerotherapy treatments
• Ability to work independently in a mobile, procedural-focused environment
