A thriving group seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a collaborative outpatient Pain Management practice near Sarasota, Florida (Lakewood Ranch, FL)! No prior pain management experience is required—comprehensive training and ongoing physician support are provided.




About the Group:

• Outpatient interventional pain management practice
• Collaborative, team-based environment with daily physician support
• Office-based practice focused on scheduled outpatient visits
• Supportive team including physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff

Benefits:

• Base salary of $100,000–$125,000
• Healthy productivity bonus
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm)
• Weekday-only outpatient practice
• Full benefits package
• Approximately 2 weeks of hands-on training and onboarding
• Ongoing mentorship and supervision from physicians

About the Role:

• Conduct pain-focused histories and physical exams
• Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Develop treatment plans and provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
• Prescribe medications according to state and practice guidelines
• Some travel between clinic locations

Background:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active, unrestricted state license
• National certification
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
