A thriving group seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a collaborative Pain Management practice! No prior pain management experience is requiredcomprehensive training and ongoing physician support are provided.

About the Group:

Outpatient interventional pain management practice
Collaborative, team-based environment with daily physician support
Office-based practice focused on scheduled outpatient visits
Supportive team including physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff

Benefits:

Full-time, MondayFriday schedule (8:00am5:00pm)
Weekday-only outpatient practice
Healthy productivity bonus
Approximately 2 weeks of hands-on training and onboarding
Ongoing mentorship and supervision from physicians

About the Role:

Conduct pain-focused histories and physical exams
Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
Develop treatment plans and provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
Prescribe medications according to state and practice guidelines
Some travel between clinic locations

Background:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active, unrestricted state license
National certification
BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
