Nurse Practitioner (NP)
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality healthcare services in a collaborative clinical setting. The NP will assess, diagnose, and treat patients while supporting preventive care, health education, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
Schedule
Monday: Closed
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Holiday Availability: The clinic is closed on Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Candidates must otherwise be available to work all scheduled days throughout the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions within scope of practice
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic and laboratory testing
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
Provide preventive care, screenings, health education, and wellness counseling
Perform clinical procedures within the NP's authorized scope of practice
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Follow all clinical, regulatory, safety, privacy, and infection-control requirements
Deliver an excellent patient experience through strong communication and compassionate care
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
Current national Nurse Practitioner certification
Current prescriptive authority, as applicable
DEA registration, if required
Current BLS certification
Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Strong clinical assessment and patient-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
EMR experience preferred
