West Jefferson General Hospital Clinics, a member of New Orleans Physician Services (NOPS), is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Neurology Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team while providing exceptional outpatient neurological care to patients throughout our community.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while supporting quality outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.
Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive outpatient medical care and treatment to patients under established clinical guidelines and physician collaboration. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, implementing preventive health measures, developing treatment plans, evaluating patient responses to interventions, and ensuring continuity of care.
