What Youll Do
- Provide neonatal care within the NICU setting on a 24/7 basis
- Cover shifts including nights, weekends, and on-call duties
- Collaborate with NICU intensivists and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients condition, progress, and responses to treatment
- Document patient care accurately and in accordance with hospital policies
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
What You Need
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Neonatal or NICU experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Professionalism and commitment to patient-centered care
