  • Licenses/Certifications: Oregon RN license, Neonatal NP or PA license (with the willingness to obtain OR license)
  • Experience: Completion of a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency

What You’ll Do
  • Manage clinical care of high-risk neonates and infants
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff
  • Attend deliveries and perform all necessary procedures
  • Educate families on neonatal care and support
  • Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making within the NICU setting
  • Support both hospital units with high patient volumes and complex cases
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Oregon RN license or eligible to obtain Oregon license
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
  • Completion of at least a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency
  • Experience in high-acuity neonatal or delivery room settings (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:
  • Prior experience with Level III NICU care
  • Strong procedural and diagnostic skills for neonatal patients
