Pay & Benefits:
Pay package: Competitive hourly rate (see below)
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
Provide advanced neonatal critical care in a busy NICU environment
Monitor and manage critically ill neonates and infants
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Provide family support and educate families on neonatal care
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
What You Need:
Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
Neonatal or critical care certification preferred
Minimum of 2+ years NICU or acute care experience
Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
