LCMC Health is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) - LVAD Coordinator to join our growing Heart & Lung Transplant Program. In this advanced practice role, you will serve as a clinical leader and expert resource for patients requiring mechanical circulatory support, working alongside cardiologists, transplant specialists, surgeons, and an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the lives of patients with advanced heart failure through education, care coordination, clinical management, and program development within a leading cardiovascular service line.
What You'll Do
As the LVAD Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient management for patients receiving ventricular assist device (VAD) therapy while serving as a key clinical and operational leader for the program.
