    The Role

    If you are an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking to apply your clinical expertise in an innovative, research driven environment, this role offers the perfect blend of clinical practice and research oversight.  

    Note for Applicants:
    Prior experience in clinical research is not required. We provide comprehensive training on study protocols, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial procedures. Your primary focus will remain on delivering high-touch, hands-on patient care, conducting assessments, and ensuring patient safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and review patient medical histories
    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
    • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
      Provide patient education and health coaching to patients and families
    • Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, etc.)
    • Administer vaccinations and immunizations
    • Triage patients and prioritize care based on urgency
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

      Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
    • Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work independently
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Active California Nurse Practitioner license (FNP required)
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
    • Ability to commute to Los Angeles (in-person role)

      Job Details

    • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience 

    • Employment Type:  Per Diem or Part-Time

    Compensation: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
