We are seeking a licensed NursePractitioner based in Florida for a hybrid role combining remote work with occasional travel to healthcare providers. In this position, you'll serve as a clinical liaison, supporting healthcare practitioners with front-end medical billing and coding initiatives while ensuring compliance with payer requirements, healthcare workflows, and HIPAA regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners (HCPs).
- Support providers with medical documentation, coding, and payer requirements.
- Assist in improving front-end medical billing and coding processes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Provide guidance on healthcare workflows and reimbursement best practices.
- Travel to provider locations as needed while working remotely.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Florida with independent practice authority.
- Experience working with or supporting healthcare practitioners.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding, payer requirements, and healthcare workflows.
- Familiarity with front-end medical billing and coding processes.
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within Florida as needed.
