What Youll Do:
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology clinical care at a leading facility
- Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and patient management within the clinic
- Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
- Assist with patient education and coordinate care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support inpatient privileges documentation and adhere to hospital requirements
- Participate in quality improvement and protocol development efforts
What You Need:
Required:- CA Medical License (active)
- DEA registration
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
- BLS Certification
- 2+ years experience in inpatient or outpatient oncology settings
- Ability to provide 2 years of inpatient case logs if required
Preferred:- Prior experience with inpatient privileges applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
