What You’ll Do:
- Manage a full panel of hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Conduct treatment visits and follow-ups, including some new patient assessments
- Coordinate care for complex cases with multiple comorbidities
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Follow established treatment plans and protocols for oncology care
- Support infusion therapies in a dedicated outpatient infusion suite with 16 chairs
- Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to clinic policies
What You Need:
- Active NP license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- 3-5 years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex patient cases with attention to detail
- Preferred Certifications: BLS, ACLS
