• Experience: 3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a full panel of hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Conduct treatment visits and follow-ups, including some new patient assessments
• Coordinate care for complex cases with multiple comorbidities
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Follow established treatment plans and protocols for oncology care
• Support infusion therapies in a dedicated outpatient infusion suite with 16 chairs
• Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to clinic policies

What You Need:

• Active NP license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• 3-5 years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex patient cases with attention to detail
• Preferred Certifications: BLS, ACLS
