- Employment: Locum, with possible transition to permanent
- Licensure/Certs: Active Nurse Practitioner license in LA (or eligible)
- Experience: 3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience required
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a full panel of hematology/oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Follow up with patients undergoing chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive care
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Conduct new patient visits, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-ups
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document in EMR
- Participate in rotating call coverage on Saturdays (8 am - 12 pm) approximately once every 3 months
- Work with an established team of 2 NPs and 2 physicians in a fully staffed clinic with infusion suite
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana or eligibility to obtain one
- 3-5 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
- Strong coordination and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable managing complex cases with co-morbidities
