Join Our Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant General Surgery and Make a Difference in Patient Care

We are seeking motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to provide vital locum support in Santa Rosa from June 1st to August 31st. What You Bring to the Table:
Active California license and CA DEA registration
Certification: Board Certified in General Surgery or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
For PAs: Current PA-C certification with general surgery experience
For NPs: ACNP credential and national certification
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off availability (preferred)
Ability to work 10-hour shifts (8am-6pm)
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
Previous locum or hospital-based surgical experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with hospital privileging processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate degree in nursing or a related healthcare field
At least 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting
Experience with surgical case logs and hospital privilege applications
Other Important Requirements:
Active CA license and CA DEA
Must meet hospital privileging criteria, including recent hospital activity and case logs
Ability to upload an updated CV with hospital affiliations
Willingness to adhere to travel reimbursement policies; financial details provided separately
Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications throughout the assignment
