Responsibilities include: obtaining medical history, performing medical evaluations and test, initiating appropriate medical management, dispensing medication, counseling patients and systematic documentation.
Advanced degree in nursing. Current RN Kentucky License. Must meet all applicable laws to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Kentucky. ACLS certification preferred.
