Job Details

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Mobile Healthcare Unit:

* NEW - Be part of ground breaking program bringing high-quality primary care into the community
* Monday - Friday (DAYS)
* Primary Care including well visits, sick visits, physical exams, etc.

Qualifications:
* Must be a an Medical Doctor (M.D./DO), Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant from an accredited school
* Active MA license
* Active DEA
* Prefer 2+ years clinical experience
* Experience in outpatient, ambulatory, community health setting, free clinic, or equivalent preferred
* Bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred
