36 Face to Face hours and 4 hours/ admin. Can do 4 9-hour days or spread hours out over 5 days. Could start as early as 7 AM.

Family Medicine Care, Scatterfield - 3125 S. Scatterfield Road - Suite 300 Anderson, IN 46013.

Highlights

Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine trained advanced practice provider to work at our outpatient Family Medicine Care, Scatterfield location.

• Single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC)

Experience

• Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.

• Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
