What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive family health services within your scope of practice.
• Perform patient evaluations, screenings, physical exams, and medical care for routine, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage illnesses, injuries, and health concerns following clinical protocols.
• Administer preventive care, immunizations, and wellness education.
• Develop treatment plans and counsel patients on healthy behaviors.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance, training, and education to staff members.
• Maintain infection control practices and universal precautions.
• Educate patients, families, and staff to support health outcomes and organizational goals.

What You Need
Required:

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Certification in Family Medicine (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 24+ months of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner within the last 36 months

Preferred:

• Experience working in a military or federal healthcare setting
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines and protocols specific to family health
