Job Description:
Location: East Los Angeles, CA 90063
Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000 annually (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)
Division: Medical Services
Supervisor: CMO
Position Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
" Perform medical histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans.
" Perform or assist with laboratory and screening procedures.
" Recognize situations requiring physician intervention.
" Counsel patients on physical and mental health matters.
" Facilitate referrals and order routine diagnostic tests.
" Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
" Active California NP License
" Active DEA License
" Professional Liability Insurance
" English/Spanish Bilingual
Special Requirements:
" Valid California Driver License and reliable transportation.
" Background check required.
" Maintain automobile insurance.
" TB, MMR, TDAP, Influenza and COVID vaccination documentation.
