Current Atrium Locum is Dr. Suleiman Daily pay $5000/Bill $6,630 Prem, after hour 8 $625/$828.75 (17% or $1125 per day with VMS fees). Reason For Coverage : Maternity leave -This assignment is to cover a busy hematology/oncology clinic while a provider is on maternity leave and another is transitioning to a new role.

Reason For Coverage:  Maternity leave -This assignment is to cover a busy hematology/oncology clinic while a provider is on maternity leave and another is transitioning to a new role. The need is for clinic coverage 3 days/wk from 830a-430p. The template can go up to 12-16 pts with a mixture of established follow up patients and new benign hematology consults. Most patients will have benign diseases, with a small number of malignant patients possible. There will be no after hours or weekend call coverage required.

Dates & Required Availability: Mon-Friday Clinic Coverage 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. 
Need 3 days/week.  Dec. 7th to at least April 2nd. 

Shift & Call Details: 8:30am-5:30pm 

Credentialing Timeframe:  60 days from when the MSO receives the app and supporting documents from DLT.

• Pay Rate: Daily $4,000.00-$5000
• Bill Rate:  Daily $5,775.00 - $6,630 ( this equals 30% or $1732 GM per day)

• Unique/Credentialing Client Requirements: Please set the expectation for the provider to return app and supporting documents within 10 days of receipt. Navicent will require 60 days to process the app. 
• Please have a DEA dedicated to GA. during the duration of the assignment. 
• Computer based modules will be requested as part of credentialing. they are paid for on first work log. (4-6 hours) 
• Client History- Providers enjoy working here and will stay for a long time. credentialing is challenging, you will need to assist ops with obtaining all the details needed. Navicent typically pays invoices between 30-45 days.
