· 13 Weeks plus
· Start Date: 07-13
· Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7 am 5 pm (40 hours guaranteed)
· Pay rate range: $80-$85 an hour

Job Description:
· Overview This position is based in a primary care health clinic focused on providing primary care and some occupational health for ages 2 an up.
· Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
· Assesses needs of patients as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination and analysis of diagnostic data.
· Plans individualized care to meet the holistic age specific needs of patients.
· Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families and visitors.
· Utilizes appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patient and staff.
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
· Must have at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
· Must have experience in occupational health, urgent care or primary care
· DOT certification a plus.
· Active BLS certification.
· Must have RN and NP license in GA
· DEA certification required.
