About the Role:
Bell-Clinica Familiar Medical Corp is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Bell, CA. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in a family medicine setting
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
- Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of California
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
- Current DEA certification and ability to prescribe medications
- Board certification through AANP or ANCC required
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or a related clinical setting preferred
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) a plus
- Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
