LOCATION: Lancaster, PA - Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute
HOURS: Full Time (40 hours per week). Monday-Friday (8am-5pm). Some flexibility needed for early morning meeting, or evening/weekend events.
Position Summary: Accountable to provide clinical navigation for identified patients within the Penn Medicine LG Health system. Performs clinical and administrative functions to support the coordination of inpatient and or outpatient care needs. Patient care includes care to patients in the following age groups: adult 19 through 64 years , and geriatric 65 years and above .

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare management or related field.
Certification in related specialty required within 3 years of hire;
Oncology Certification issued by OCN, OBPN or CBCN
Three 3 or more years of experience as a clinical nurse in related specialty.
CPR Certification - American Heart Association AHA Basic Life Support, formerly Healthcare Provider AHA Heart Saver AMA CPR BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
A health care provider in good standing with Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal and state health insurance programs, i.e. not excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid or any other federal or state health insurance program.
