    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our team at MedCura Health.     Qualifications

    • Current RN license in the state of Georgia.

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.

    • Manage and lead nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

    • Coordinate patient care activities and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards.

    • Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.

    • Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.

    • Conduct staff evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

    • Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
