Nurse Manager (RN) Job Summary
The Cedars is a nationally recognized, non-profit senior living community providing a full continuum of care across a 102-resident, three-neighborhood campus at our Hoffman Center.
Compensation: Up to $51/hour ($104,000+ annually for qualified candidates) + $7,500 sign-on bonus
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a 30-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation neighborhood within a stable, structured, and well-supported clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations of a 30-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation neighborhood
- Supervise, coach, and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care delivery
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including rehabilitation and care coordination
- Support quality improvement initiatives and resident outcome goals
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation
- Leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, or nurse management role)
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical leadership skills
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Commitment to high-quality resident-centered care
Preferred:
- 2+ years of nursing leadership or Nurse Manager experience
- Experience in structured clinical environments with interdisciplinary teams
