The Role

As Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the Orange Dialysis Clinic, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while supporting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In an average day, you may:

  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing and clinical staff across daily clinic operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program, Master''s degree in related field within 5 years of hire.

Experience: At least 3 years of progressively more responsible experience as a registered nurse in a patient care environment required.

For Dialysis Nurse Manager: As required by job be a full-time employee of the facility; have at least 12 months of experience in clinical nursing, and an additional 6 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.

Licensure: License to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia required. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. Valid Virginia Driver's license required for managers with responsibility operations in multiple locations. Must have applicable specialty certification at hire or within 3 years .

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The pay range for this role is $110,697.60 - $147,680.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate''s qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
