Nurse Manager (RN) – Inpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit

We’re hiring a Nurse Manager who wants weekday leadership hours, meaningful behavioral health work, and the opportunity to lead nursing care within a 50-bed crisis stabilization program.

You’ll step into a clinical leadership role overseeing nursing operations, staff development, patient safety, quality improvement, and care for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric and behavioral health crises. You’ll work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff while helping maintain a safe, effective, and patient-centered inpatient environment.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a current Florida RN license or are eligible for licensure
• You have 3–5 years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
• You have strong leadership or supervisory experience
• Inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, or acute behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
• BSN preferred
• You’re confident working with high-acuity psychiatric populations, crisis intervention, and de-escalation

Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation: $37–$44 per hour
• PTO: 26 days to start, increasing to 44 days with tenure
• Health insurance: Employer pays 91%, with employee-only coverage available for $47 per pay period
• Dental insurance: Employee-only options starting at $5.62 per pay period
• Vision insurance: Employee-only options starting at $3.17 per pay period
• Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D at 3x annual earnings

• Retirement: Employer-funded 401(a) contribution of 8.5% once eligible, increasing with tenure
