We are looking for a Nurse Manager to lead our rehabilitation nursing team in Baltimore, Maryland.

What you'll do

• Manage and lead rehabilitation nursing staff
• Oversee patient care, scheduling and performance
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists
• Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction

What we're looking for
Essential

• Active RN licence
• 5+ years of nursing experience, including rehabilitation
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations
• Based in or willing to relocate to Baltimore

Nice to have

• CRRN certification
• BSN or MSN
