    What You'll Do

    As Nurse Manager, you will:

    Lead from the front - mentor and develop your Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline team while serving as a visible, hands-on clinical leader

    Shape the culture - foster an environment grounded in psychological safety, accountability, and clinical excellence

    Drive operations - oversee staffing, workflows, and daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and fiscal stewardship

    Champion quality & compliance - ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and National Patient Safety Goals while leading performance improvement initiatives

    Develop your team - coach, evaluate, and elevate RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, promoting growth and internal mobility

    Collaborate across disciplines - partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to deliver seamless, patient-centered care

    Qualifications:

    Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program

    ASN required | BSN preferred

    5years of nursing experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation

    2 years in a leadership, charge, or supervisory role

    Active Maryland RN license

    BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)

    Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehab, or memory care
