This is a regional position that will cover THH Plano base location, Denton location, McKinney location and the future Frisco location(March 2027) location

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8 Hour shift

You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor''s degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
• 5+ years of cardiovascular/cardiac experience
• 2 years of experience as a RN Manager or Supervisor
• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
