    Seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager, Operating Room (RN, BSN) to provide strategic, clinical, operational, and fiscal leadership for a high-volume perioperative services department. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple surgical specialties, lead a large multidisciplinary team, and drive quality, patient safety, and operational excellence.

    • Salary Range: $106,000 - $139,000 annually

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Direct daily operations across multiple perioperative service areas
    • Provide clinical and operational leadership for surgical services
    • Supervise and mentor Assistant Nurse Managers and nursing staff
    • Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workforce planning
    • Manage departmental operating and capital budgets
    • Monitor financial performance and address budget variances
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient outcomes and operational efficiency
    • Optimize operating room utilization, case turnover times, and workflow processes
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
    • Partner with physicians, anesthesia teams, and clinical leadership to enhance patient care delivery
    • Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives
    • Promote specialty certification, educational advancement, and leadership growth among staff
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
    • Master's Degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, MA, or related healthcare field) preferred
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required
    • Current BLS Certification required
    • National Nursing Certification required
    • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Operating Room leadership experience required
    • Demonstrated supervisory and management experience
    • Strong fiscal management and budgeting skills
    • Experience with performance improvement initiatives
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams effectively
