Seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager, Operating Room (RN, BSN) to provide strategic, clinical, operational, and fiscal leadership for a high-volume perioperative services department. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple surgical specialties, lead a large multidisciplinary team, and drive quality, patient safety, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct daily operations across multiple perioperative service areas
- Provide clinical and operational leadership for surgical services
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Nurse Managers and nursing staff
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workforce planning
- Manage departmental operating and capital budgets
- Monitor financial performance and address budget variances
- Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Optimize operating room utilization, case turnover times, and workflow processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
- Partner with physicians, anesthesia teams, and clinical leadership to enhance patient care delivery
- Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives
- Promote specialty certification, educational advancement, and leadership growth among staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master's Degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, MA, or related healthcare field) preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Current BLS Certification required
- National Nursing Certification required
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Operating Room leadership experience required
- Demonstrated supervisory and management experience
- Strong fiscal management and budgeting skills
- Experience with performance improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams effectively
