Helps maintain personnel files related to orientation, competency, disciplinary actions, attendance and coordination of staffing schedule. Perform evaluations in conjunction with Director of ED or AVP. Coordinates community/area Emergency Medical Services. Follows up on cases and reports required data to ED Director or AVP. Maintains departmental statistics and reviews records for quality performance issues.
