This Nurse Manager of Critical Care (Medical ICU) opportunity is based in Dallas, TX and sits within an 895+ bed tertiary care center that operates a full-service adult hospital alongside a pediatric hospital, each with separate emergency rooms, outpatient clinics, and diagnostic centers. The hospital supports more than 1,500 physicians, including 400+ in-house specialists, and draws patients nationally and internationally for advanced, complex care.

The role. The Nurse Manager leads the Adult Critical Care departments, overseeing the planning, organization, delegation, and evaluation of nursing services delivered across the unit. This leader collaborates closely with department leadership and multidisciplinary staff to ensure nursing care is performed in alignment with recognized professional practice standards and facility goals.
