Nursing Manager – NICU – Los Angeles County

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Position Highlights

• Manage a 49-bed Level III NICU in a Magnet-recognized hospital
• Oversee nursing services to ensure safe patient care and compliance with standards
• Supervise and develop staff while managing department operations
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes
• Full-time evening shift (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM)

Qualifications

• California RN license
• BLS, NRP
• RNC-NIC (within 6 months of hire)
• BSN or MSN required
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU nursing experience (Level III+)
• Minimum 1 years of NICU management or supervisory experience (e.g., Charge RN, Clinical Coordinator, ANM). (Relief Charge Nurse experience does not qualify)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 per year
• 10% sign-on bonus
• Up to 15% annual performance-based bonus
• Full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME, and malpractice coverage
