Nursing Manager – NICU – Los Angeles County
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Position Highlights
- Manage a 49-bed Level III NICU in a Magnet-recognized hospital
- Oversee nursing services to ensure safe patient care and compliance with standards
- Supervise and develop staff while managing department operations
- Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes
- Full-time evening shift (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
Qualifications
- California RN license, BLS, NRP, RNC-NIC required
- BSN or MSN required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of NICU nursing experience (3 years in a Level III community hospital)
- Minimum 3 years of NICU management or supervisory experience (Charge Nurse experience does not qualify)
- Experience in a union environment preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $183,000 – $243,800 per year
- 10% sign-on bonus
- Up to 15% annual performance-based bonus
