We are seeking a Nurse Manager of Neonatal ICU to help lead an established acute care NICU team.
Opportunity Highlights

• Multiple shifts available
• Partner closely with department and nursing leadership
• Support nursing operations, quality improvement, staff development, and patient care
• Leadership opportunity within a large acute care environment
• Sign on bonus up to $20,000
• Relocation assistance considered

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• At least 2 years of NICU experience
• Recent acute care NICU leadership experience required
• At least 2 years of nursing management or Charge Nurse experience
• Active Texas RN license or eligible multistate compact license
