    Education, Experience & Requirements

    • Education: Must possess a diploma, Associate (AS), or Bachelor (BS) degree in nursing.
    • Licensure: Must be currently registered and licensed as a Nurse in the State of Maine.
    • CPR Certification: Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, remaining current throughout employment.
    • Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and clinical experience sufficient to perform all duties with excellence.
    • Contingencies: All job offers are contingent upon receiving excellent professional references and passing the Maine State Background Check.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Technical Literacy: Knowledge and practical use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and/or solid general computer skills.
    • Communication: Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly.
    • Leadership Aptitude: Effective leadership skills and/or a strong readiness to invest in growing these crucial skills within a specialized mental health unit.
