TheNurseManagerWill:

• ProvideleadershipandoversightfornursingstaffacrossMedSurg,Telemetry,andIMCunits.
• Manageclinical,operational,andadministrativefunctionsofassigneddepartments.
• Promotepatientsafety,qualityoutcomes,evidence-basedpractice,andregulatorycompliance.
• Leadperformanceimprovement,quality,andpatientsafetyinitiatives.
• Supportstafforientation,education,competencyassessment,andprofessionaldevelopment.
• Partnerwithphysicians,nursingleadership,andinterdisciplinaryteamstocoordinatecareandimprovepatientthroughput.
• Managestaffing,scheduling,hiring,onboarding,coaching,andperformancemanagement.
• Overseedepartmentalmetricsincludingquality,utilization,productivity,andbudgeting.
