Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Med Surg nursing operations and staffing.

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.

• Ensure quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and clinical workflows.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN required.

• Active Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and ACLS required.

• Minimum 3 years of acute care Med Surg RN experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Specialty nursing certifications preferred.
