    Education, Experience & Requirements

    • Licensure: Must possess, as a minimum, a valid State of Maine LPN nursing license.


    • Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and clinical experience sufficient to perform all managerial and nursing duties with excellence.


    • Leadership: Strong leadership aptitude or prior experience guiding nursing teams.


    • Contingencies: All job offers are contingent upon receiving excellent professional references and successfully passing the Maine State Background Check.


    Skills & Abilities

    • Technical Literacy: Knowledge and practical use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and/or solid general computer skills.


    • Communication: Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally.


    • Language & Leadership: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly, paired with effective leadership skills and/or a strong readiness to grow those skills.
