Lead a close-knit, highly engaged Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) team where exceptional patient care and meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything they do. As Nurse Manager, you'll oversee an eight-room LDRP unit with dedicated OB observation and triage spaces, caring primarily for low-risk obstetric patients while ensuring the team is prepared to respond when higher-acuity situations arise. Known for outstanding patient experience, safe, high-quality care, and strong collaboration with physicians, this team takes pride in delivering remarkable care from admission through postpartum recovery.
As part of a small community hospital, you'll join a leadership team that values connection—not only with one another, but with the community they serve. From volunteer initiatives to team engagement events, leaders are highly visible, collaborative, and committed to creating an environment where team members feel supported, recognized, and empowered. With strong staffing ratios, an established culture of teamwork, and a dedicated clinical team, you'll have the opportunity to build upon an already high-performing department while continuing to foster engagement and professional growth.
This is a primarily Monday–Friday leadership role with flexibility in scheduling and occasional weekend responsibilities. Success in this position means being a visible, accessible leader across all shifts, regularly connecting with evening, night, and weekend team members to provide support, mentorship, and partnership. If you're a relationship-driven nursing leader who enjoys developing teams, leading by example, and making a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment, we'd love to connect with you.
