Nurse Manager - Intermediate Care & Progressive Care

We are seeking an experienced and emotionally intelligent nurse leader to oversee our Intermediate Care and Progressive Care Units, totaling over 50 beds. This position reports directly to the Director of Critical Care and plays a key role in growing and strengthening the unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in critical care and/or telemetry and nursing leadership experience.

Schedule and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Intermediate Care and Progressive Care Units
  • Support and mentor a team of registered nurses to build a strong and cohesive department
  • Implement best practices to improve patient outcomes and enhance unit performance
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
  • Foster a culture of professional development, teamwork, and high-quality patient care
