    What You’ll Do

    As the ICU Nurse Manager, you will:

    • Lead daily operations of a high-performing Intensive Care Unit
    • Ensure appropriate staffing, resource utilization, and patient care support
    • Coach, mentor, and develop nursing team members
    • Serve as a clinical resource and promote evidence-based nursing practices
    • Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory standards
    • Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
    • Manage department workflows, supplies, equipment, and operational needs
    • Promote a positive culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

    What You’ll Bring

    • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
    • Current California Registered Nurse license
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
    • ICU nursing experience required
    • Leadership experience as a manager, supervisor, or charge nurse
    • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to support complex patient care
    • Basic EKG/telemetry interpretation experience required
    • BSN preferred.
