If you're a compassionateprofessional who appreciates stimulating yet meaningful work, we warmly invite you to join our all-starteam.Now hiring a Nurse Manager for our inpatient detox/residential treatment facility in Indianapolis, IN!What You'll Do• Ensure quality, compassionate, and timely medical care for every Avenues client• Ensure seamless coordination of client care between medical and clinical departments, UR team,external healthcare providers, and pharmacies• Oversee all medication inventory, logs, and authorizations, lab shipments and reports, medicalsupplies and equipment etc.• Oversee and direct all nursing and medical support staff (interviews, onboarding, training,retention, scheduling, shift coverage, HR needs, and performance reviews)• Maintain medical workflow process and conduct ongoing reviews of protocol and operations• Ensure quality medical documentation and charting standards through weekly chart reviewWhat We're Looking ForBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higherRegistered Nurse (RN) license in IndianaSeveral years of clinical nursing experienceExperience in SUD treatment preferredLeadership or management experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and policiesAbility to delegate, problem-solve, and motivate staffWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Indianapolis is a 144 - bed detox and residential rehab facility offering drug and alcohol addiction treatment.
