The Clinical Manager has 24-hour responsibility for clinical operations of the unit. The role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting staff development, regulatory compliance, and efficient unit operations. The position requires collaboration with human resources, risk management, quality, and finance to oversee all aspects of the unit''s operations to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
